My greatest joy in this role is to see the changes in people as they grow and develop.
If a person’s mental wellness journey is like a flower pushing up from the ground, from wherever it has found itself planted, Holistic Psychology is the nutrients in the soil and the water from the sky. Only the plant itself can do the growing, but it has everything it needs to make the journey upward as it reaches for the sun.
Holistic Mental Wellbeing Group Programme
This is a six week group programme that teaches all of the elements of Holistic Mental Health that I have studied and practiced over the years.
It is based on the Whare Tapa Wha model, where Physical, Mental/Emotional, Spiritual, Social and Environmental aspects of wellbeing are taken into account,
and sessions are spent gaining knowledge and learning skills to increase mental wellbeing.
In this course we cover:
Nutrition and mental health
Nature and mental wellbeing
High sensitivity and being empathic
Dealing with painful emotions
Tuning in to your intuition
