Holistic Mental Wellbeing Programme
6 week group course
Learn all about creating mental wellbeing in a friendly group setting.
Over the course of one 60 minute session a week for six weeks, I will teach you how to build resilience
and create mental wellbeing using knowledge and skills from Holistic Psychology.
Nutrition and mental health
Nature and wellbeing
High sensitivity/being empathic
Dealing with painful emotions
Tuning into your intuition
This workshop is suitable if you are interested in increasing your general mental wellbeing.
If you are dealing with severe mental health issues or suicidality, mental health services or one-on-one work with a health professional
may better suit your current needs.
Cost for the programme is $25 per week for six weeks.
